Communal Acupuncture & Sound Healing

Service Description

Join a unique experience of group communal acupuncture, sound healing, and guided meditation @ Rejuvn8. The class will start out with acupuncture in gentle positions of the body. Everyone will then be guided into group meditation that will be integrated with music. The music will range from a modern pop hit your familiar with to traditional tribal songs. Yoga Matt required.
