Elements of Health Schedule

Clinical care/Remote care

Fire. The work that travels.

You don't have to be near me to work with me.

Herbal medicine, lab review, and the thinking behind a real plan, by video. For people far from Phoenix and Syracuse, and for patients who want care between visits.

I keep the remote practice small on purpose, so every person in it gets real attention.

What remote care includes

Herbal consultations

A full video visit: your history, your labs, your medications, and photos of your tongue. You leave with a custom formula and a written plan, and I check every herb against what you already take.

Lab and supplement review

Bring every bottle and every result. We sort what's helping, what's doing nothing, and what's missing. When the standard panels don't explain how you feel, I can order functional labs.

Yearly in-depth health check

Once a year, 60 to 90 minutes on everything: every lab you've had, the past twelve months, tongue and pulse or tongue photos, and a plan for the year ahead. The hour your doctor can't give you. Opening in the new year.

Monthly herbal subscription

A short check-in and a tongue photo each month, your formula adjusted, and herbs sent on their way. For people who want steady care without a visit every time. Opening in the new year.

Longer-term programs

A set number of weeks with visits, herbs, lab review, and messages between sessions, for a problem that needs more than a consult. Shaped to the person. We decide the length together.

Care between visits

For in-person patients in Phoenix and Syracuse who want their herbs and plan reviewed without waiting for the next trip.

How it works

  1. A free 15-minute call

You tell me what's going on. I tell you whether remote care fits, and what I'd want to see first.

  2. Forms, photos, and labs

Before the visit you send your intake, a few tongue photos in daylight, your medication and supplement list, and any labs from the past two years.

  3. The video visit

About an hour. We go through all of it, and I explain what pattern I see and why.

  4. Your plan and your formula

A written plan you can actually read, with the formula, the doses, what to eat, and what to watch for.

  5. Follow-ups

Shorter visits as things change. Herbs get adjusted. Labs get rechecked when they should be, not just because a year passed.

Is remote care a fit?

It usually is, if

  • You live far from Phoenix or Syracuse
  • You're managing a chronic or complex condition and want someone to connect the dots
  • You take supplements and nobody has reviewed them together
  • You want herbal medicine from someone who also reads your labs
  • You're an existing patient who wants care between visits

It usually isn't, if

  • You mainly need hands-on treatment for pain. Come in, or find a good acupuncturist near you.
  • You're in an acute medical situation. That belongs in urgent care or an emergency room.
  • You want a quick product recommendation. This is a relationship, not a shop.
