Stardust & Sage
A spiritual shop on Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix with a real herbal section, a steady stream of neighbors coming through the door, and the room where I see patients. The people who run it have been very good to me, and the plan we're building together is simple: a place where you can walk in, pick up herbs, and get a real answer about what to do with them.

A community health movement that started in the United Kingdom and is now expanding, with work underway to bring it to the Americas. I sit on its board of directors. The idea is the same one this whole practice runs on: that people deserve health care rooted in community, in knowledge they can hold, and in traditions that were never actually lost.
