Book a Syracuse visitWhat happens in the room
Everything below can happen in one visit. I use what the day calls for, not a fixed menu.
Acupuncture
Fine needles at points chosen from your pulse, your tongue, and your history. For pain, digestion, sleep, stress, cycles, and a long list of things people don't expect it to help.
Chiropractic
Adjustments and joint work where structure is driving the problem. Done with care, never forced, and often paired with needles so the change holds.
Acupuncture point injection therapy
A small injection of a sterile vitamin or homeopathic solution into an acupuncture point. Useful for stubborn trigger points and for pain that keeps coming back. Offered in Phoenix.
Herbal medicine
Custom formulas matched to your pattern, not just your diagnosis. I check them against your medications and your labs before you take anything.
Cupping and gua sha
Suction and pressed strokes along tight tissue to move blood and loosen what's stuck. Expect marks for a few days. They don't hurt.
Communal acupuncture
A room of recliners, a shorter treatment, a lower price, and a lot of calm. Held as events in Phoenix. Dates on the events page.
Visits and prices
Phoenix prices. Point injection therapy and herbal formulas are priced separately and discussed before anything is added. Payment is due at the visit, and I don't bill insurance directly right now.
Common questions
How is the first visit different?
It's longer because I'm listening more than treating. I want the whole story: what happened, what's been tried, what your labs say, how you sleep and digest. The treatment at the end is the start of the plan, not the whole plan.
Do I have to get needles?
No. Some people come only for chiropractic and soft tissue work. Some start there and add needles later. I'll tell you what I think will work best, and you decide.
Can I book in Syracuse online?
Not yet. Syracuse weeks fill by call and text, and I schedule them by hand so families and returning patients can be grouped. Text 315-680-4733 with the days that work for you.
What is Stardust & Sage?
A spiritual shop on Roosevelt Row with a real herbal section, and the home of my Phoenix practice. Come early and look around. The people there are family.
